All sales are final. No return/exchange. Shop credit will be issued if needed only in form of a gift card.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures are required.
If you see an item is missing a bead or a stone which can happen during transit please check the package to locate the stone.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. This cost is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In the rare event that we do accept a return please note that if your total falls below the free shipping threshold we will charge the buyer for shipping ($9.99)
Shipping to Canada :
We do ship to Canada but it is possible you may be charged a customs fees by Canadian customs department . This fees is the buyers responsibility. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this. This is entirely out of our control.
